Internships and Co-ops

Mr. Cooper Group’s internship and co-op programs offer college students the chance to discover what it’s like to work at a leading financial services organization. We provide the opportunity for interns to immerse themselves in our diverse and inclusive culture while delivering innovative solutions to real business challenges and building enduring relationships with managers and mentors.

What is our Summer Internship Program?

We are currently hiring for our 2022 Summer Internship Program, which runs from June to August. For up to 12 weeks, students are provided experiential education by participating on meaningful projects and in scheduled training. This includes an Executive Speaker Series where they are able to engage with leaders one-on-one. Students must be able to work full-time hours during the program to be eligible.

What is our Co-Operative (Co-op) Program?

Our Co-op Program is similar to the Summer Internship Program but takes place outside of the summer months. The length that students may work depends on factors including their: university, project, availability based on class load, and hiring manger’s needs. These roles typically require working part-time hours, between 15–25 a week.
