Hunter is a traveling artist from San Antonio, Texas, trying to cover the world in beautiful colors. He started his studio-art career in high school, but when he moved to New York City and first held a spray can, everything changed.He has always worked in a studio on canvas with supplies such as acrylics, oil, house/car paints, coffee grinds and cigarette butts. Anything that was a daily lifestyle went onto a canvas.
In his first year in Manhattan in 2009, he started working at DTR Modern Gallery seeing and selling very high-end art. That gave him the inspiration to really push his artwork that he had saved throughout his life and put it down on T-shirts. That is where his name, “The Last Celebrity,” really took off and started making a brand for himself.Being in the fashion industry led him to meet a lot of local artists, photographers and fashion icons. But, the only thing he saw and loved in this whole opportunity was Street Art.
