I just want to take a moment to tell you how GREAT Kathy is. My wife and I just finished the refinance process and Kathy was our loan officer. Throughout the whole process she worked with us and kept us informed of any problems and helped us get all the paperwork completed. I was amazed that she even called me in the evening; I was beginning to wonder if that poor girl was tied to her desk. She has to be one of the best people that works for you. She really deserves a pay raise or some type of recognition. It has been a pleasant experience working with the whole team at Mr. Cooper. Again, I can’t say enough about how great Kathy has been!!!!!
