I recently finalized a refinancing with Mr. Cooper. I worked with Carlos first and then was transferred over to Karen. Both were professional and a pleasure to work with. There were a couple of times I didn’t know the status and when I called Karen or Carlos, they always got back to me in a timely fashion and was always able to settle my worries. If I had to do this again, I would definitely hope I would be able to work with Karen and Carlos again.
