I would like to take the time to let everyone know about a special employee, that went way beyond her job to help me. I have been a customer of Mr. Cooper for a long time, back when it was Nationstar. I was selling my house and I was told that my title was not closed properly, when I refinanced my home. So, I began the process of trying to get it resolved. I was sent to numerous departments at Mr. Cooper and even to a title company only to be told that Mr. Cooper would have to resolve the issue. So, I started the process again I was again sent to many people, but no one was able to help me. A lot of time passed, and nothing was getting resolved. My closing date was scheduled, and I could not get an answer. Until, I received a phone call from Hope, she listened to me. I sent her the documents in question, and she began the process. She stayed in contact with me through emails and phone calls. She dug a little deeper and found the source of the problem. She saved me from losing the sale of my home. I am forever grateful for her persistence, kindness and caring spirit to go way and beyond her duties to help me resolve my issue, everyone needs to learn from her. Mr. Cooper is very lucky to have Ms. Hope I am forever grateful to her and I hope she is recognized as being an outstanding employee.
